Well, now that you’re here 👋

Let’s get right to it.

I love working on big ideas with good people.

I’ve spent my career building and scaling startups—now, I’m excited to help other entrepreneurs bring their visions to life and to scale.

A bit about me.

My name is Nadia and I am a SaaS technology founder, executive & investor.

Since exiting my company in 2024, I have been focusing on family (aka chasing my toddler around), and supporting other founders navigate startup life.

I am also serving as Managing Partner at Women’s Equity Lab Victoria, where I have been a Limited Partner for the last 4 years.

Between 2016 - 2024, I led Shift.com as co-founder and CEO, taking the company from inception through rocketship growth, fundraising, scaleup mode, the pandemic, and a strategic path towards profitability. Shift was acquired by Redbrick in 2022, and I stayed on for 2 years as the CEO.

When I am not building startups, I love spending time with family and friends, getting a sweat on (hiking, running, working out), trying new restaurants, travelling far and wide, and just bopping around our hometown—in beautiful Victoria, BC.

Whether it’s a deep dive into marketing and operations, help with fundraising or growth strategy, I’d love to help.

I pride myself on:

  • Thinking big, always.

  • Being adaptable.

  • Finding practical ways to make magic happen.

  • Making work fun for everyone.

  • Moving fast, as needed.

If you have a project I can help with, I’d love to hear about it.

Alignment is everything.
